Terms of service.
1. Orders
All orders must be placed in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your order date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date — usually no later than the day of the collection. Last minute orders incur an additional £20 fee.
2. Payments
All payments must be made via the methods accepted by Shansbakery Ltd (e.g. bank transfer or online payment).
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed, ingredients and materials are purchased specifically for your bake, so refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.
4. Collections & Late Arrivals
Please arrive at your agreed collection time. If you are late, a £20 late fee will apply for arrival after the arranged time. This helps keep the schedule on track for other customers.
5. Storage & Care
Once collected or delivered, Shansbakery Ltd is not responsible for any damage to your order. Please follow all storage and handling advice provided to keep your bake in perfect condition.
6. Allergies
All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens (such as gluten, eggs, dairy, and nuts). While care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
7. Photography & Promotion
Shansbakery Ltd reserves the right to photograph and use images of your order for marketing and social media purposes unless you request otherwise.
