Eeek — only seven years later, lol! I’m Shanice, the owner and director of ShansBakery Ltd. I’ve been in the baking industry for seven years now and in the teaching industry for five. What started as a small passion for baking at home has grown into a business that allows me to share my love for baking by making your day a little bit more special with my creations.

I take pride in combining classic flavours with a modern touch — ensuring everything not only looks amazing but tastes even better. Whether it’s a bespoke celebration cake, a box of cupcakes, or a tray bake to share, I always aim to bring a bit of joy to your day (and maybe satisfy that sweet tooth too!).

Alongside baking, I’ve also been teaching for several years, helping others discover the fun and creativity that comes with baking. I love inspiring others to pick up a whisk, try something new, and gain confidence in their own kitchen.
